• She specializes in helping women develop their leadership, communication, and likability skills. She is also an expert in interracial and intercultural relations, and in building and leading multicultural teams.
• She has 25+ years experience as a bilingual speaker, international award-winning trainer, entrepreneur, training firm CEO, business consultant, and VIP coach. Sofia is a former university professor of economy and finances at the masters level.
• Sofia is the director of business development for The WikiWomen Academy for the Development of Professional Women, a boutique training firm just for women based in Overland Park, Kansas.
• She holds a B.S. is in computer science and cybernetics engineering and a certificate in human resources. Her MBA is in marketing, and she is currently pursuing graduate degrees in intercultural communication and in instructional design. She is PMI certified as a Project Management Specialist (PMP) and Microsoft Certified as an Office Expert.
